We are committed to ensure the safety of the community and staff during these troubling times. Dreamscapes Landscaping Services has been recognized by the City of Carrollton, Carroll County, and HEMA as an essential business during the COVID 19 pandemic.
As we continue to work closely with local government and state to ensure the safety of staff and the community, I wanted to personally reach out to our customers. Landscaping is considered essential due to the sanitation and safety that comes in to play with landscaping this time of year. With warm weather and rain brings bugs, pollen, and over growth which can cause a sanitation and safety problem if left unchecked. Landscape Professionals are considered protectors of public health performing essential care to properties and green spaces to reduce the transmission of dangerous diseases through pests like mosquitos and, ticks, and fleas. Landscape Professionals do not increase the transmission of Covid-19, as working outside greatly reduces the risk of transmission. However, we have placed strict policies for all employees to ensure the safety of each employee and the community.

Each truck will be staggered at 30 minute intervals ensuring that no more then two at a time are entering the facility.

Our main Supervisor over Lawn Maintenance will check each employees temperature daily before allowed to enter the truck.

Each truck has been provided with disinfectant wipes, gloves, and masks with specific instructions on when to use them.

All equipment, interior of truck, and door handles are to be wiped own at each property

All trucks have been requested to refrain from entering gas stations at this time

All trucks have been informed to refrain from speaking with customers directly. Customers may call in to our office with any questions regarding maintenance or care to their property

Our retail store will be open for calls for lawn maintenance questions or to place orders for playgrounds.outdoor furniture. However nobody except the office manager will be allowed to enter the building. This goes for lawn maintenance employees and customers alike
The safety measure we have put in place are recommended by the CDC as well as additional safety precautions we have personally put in place. Our top priority is the safety of our staff and the community while ensuring the properties will be maintained and with in guidelines set by HOAS/and city ordinances.
